IxxLead is a lead generation and data marketing company. We only sell leads — here is what that means for consumers and for the businesses that buy them.

In short: IxxLead sells marketing leads to businesses. We are not a lender, loan provider, broker, insurer or mortgage company and we make no credit or lending decisions. Leads are sold for lawful marketing purposes only, with consumer consent captured at the source. Buyers must follow TCPA, TSR, Do-Not-Call, CAN-SPAM and state laws. We do not guarantee conversions or results.

1. Who we are

IxxLead (ixxlead.com) is a brand of ADON MEDIA GROUP, a lead generation and data marketing company. Our business is generating and selling marketing leads — consumer and business inquiries — to companies in the mortgage, solar, insurance, home improvement, debt and tax settlement, business lending and payday industries, and selling aged lead data.

This website is a lead generation and lead selling platform. We do not provide loans, make lending decisions, broker loans, or guarantee approvals.

2. We are not a lender, broker or insurer

IxxLead is not a lender, loan provider, loan broker, creditor, loan servicer, mortgage company, insurer, insurance agency, debt-relief or tax-resolution firm, solar installer or contractor. We do not:

  • make loans, extend credit or make credit, lending or underwriting decisions;
  • quote or set rates, fees, premiums or loan terms, or issue insurance policies;
  • provide legal, tax, financial, credit or engineering advice;
  • guarantee approvals, savings, installations or any service outcome.

All products, terms, approvals and services are offered solely by the independent, appropriately licensed businesses that buy leads from us.

Leads are sold for lawful marketing purposes only. Consumer leads come from opt-in forms where the consumer asks for information and gives consent to be contacted — including prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) for calls and texts — captured at the source, together with the date, time and source of the request where available.

Aged leads are older inquiries. Their original consent may be limited in time or scope, so buyers must confirm that their intended use is permitted before any outreach.

We do not sell data for unlawful purposes, and we may refuse or end service to any buyer who misuses lead data.

4. Buyer obligations

Buyers are solely responsible for how they contact consumers and use lead data, and must:

  • comply with the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), the National Do Not Call Registry and state do-not-call lists, CAN-SPAM, and state telemarketing, "mini-TCPA", privacy and licensing laws;
  • scrub leads against the National Do Not Call Registry, applicable state lists, their internal do-not-call list and litigator lists before calling or texting;
  • honor opt-out and STOP requests promptly and keep their own consent and contact records;
  • hold every license and make every disclosure their product or market requires;
  • use lead data only for lawful marketing of their own products or services.

5. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee contact rates, appointments, conversions, sales, funded loans, approvals, savings or return on investment. Results depend on the buyer's follow-up, products, pricing, market conditions and other factors outside our control.

Sample lead records shown on this website are fictional examples that illustrate the fields a campaign can include. They are not real people or live leads.

6. Privacy, opt-out and removal

We collect, use, share and retain personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including rights available to California residents under the CCPA.

Consumers can stop marketing contact or ask for their data to be removed at any time: reply STOP to any text message, or email sales@ixxlead.com with the subject "Remove my data" and the phone number and email to remove. You can also call +91 9194135536. We will pass removal requests on to buyers who received your information where required.

7. International campaigns

Our primary market is the United States. Where we support selected international lead volumes, buyers must also follow the marketing, telemarketing and data-protection laws of the countries they contact.
