1. Our role
IxxLead (ixxlead.com), a brand of ADON MEDIA GROUP, generates and sells marketing leads. We are not a lender, broker, insurer or call center, and we do not call or text consumers on behalf of buyers. Each buyer decides how and when to contact a lead and is responsible for that contact. See also our Disclaimer & Compliance page and Terms and Conditions.
2. How consumer consent is captured
We only sell consumer leads that come from opt-in forms where the person asked for information, and that meet these standards:
- the form shows a clear consent statement next to the submit button, with a checkbox that is never pre-checked;
- the statement says the person agrees to be contacted by phone, text and email, including by automated technology where used, and that consent is not a condition of any purchase;
- it names who may contact them, or links to the list of companies that may;
- we record the exact consent text and version, date and time, IP address, browser (user agent) and the page URL with the lead.
Buyers can receive these consent details with each lead and can request the full record for any lead they bought.
3. Who can buy leads
We sell only to businesses that pass our buyer checks. Before the first delivery we ask for:
- legal company name, registration and address, and a named compliance contact;
- the lead types and states requested, and how the leads will be used;
- any licence the product needs in those states — for example a state lending licence for payday or installment loans, or an insurance agent licence;
- for call centers working for another company: the company they call for, and confirmation that company is allowed to receive the leads;
- a signed buyer agreement accepting the rules on this page.
We may refuse, pause or end service to any buyer that cannot show it may legally use the leads, receives repeated complaints, or breaks these rules.
4. Rules for call centers and other buyers
Every buyer that calls or texts leads agrees to:
- Scrub before contact against the National Do Not Call Registry (with its own registry account), applicable state do-not-call lists, its internal do-not-call list and a litigator list.
- Call only at allowed times: between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the consumer's local time under federal rules, and inside stricter state windows — several states, such as Florida, Oklahoma and Maryland, allow only 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and limit how many calls can be made about the same subject in 24 hours.
- Use autodialers, prerecorded or artificial (including AI-generated) voices and marketing texts only where the lead's written consent covers them.
- Identify themselves at the start of each call, show a truthful caller ID and give a callback number.
- Honor opt-outs — “stop”, “don't call me” or any reasonable request, by call, text or email — within the time the FCC rules require (currently no later than 10 business days), and keep the number off future campaigns.
- Register where required: some states require telemarketers or telephone sellers to register or hold a bond before calling or texting their residents.
- Follow call recording laws, including all-party consent states, and the Telemarketing Sales Rule's disclosure and record-keeping rules.
- Use leads only for the purpose the consumer agreed to, and never resell or share them without our written approval.
5. Payday and loan leads
- Payday, installment and personal loan leads are sold only to lenders licensed or otherwise authorized for the borrower's state, or to call centers working for such a lender.
- Payday lending is banned or tightly capped in many states. We do not route loan leads to a buyer for a state where that buyer may not lend.
- Buyers must make every state and federal disclosure their loan requires and must not make misleading claims such as guaranteed approval or “no credit check” when that is not true.
- A lead that a lender declines may only be offered other products if the consumer's consent covers that use.
6. Aged leads and resale
Aged leads are older inquiries sold at a lower price. Their original consent may be limited in time or scope, so buyers must confirm that their intended use is still permitted before any call or text, and should get fresh consent where needed. Aged data is never sold as exclusive unless the agreement says so.
7. Opt-outs and complaints
- Consumers can opt out by replying STOP to a text or by emailing sales@ixxlead.com. We add them to our suppression list and tell the buyers who received their data.
- Buyers must pass any opt-out or complaint about an IxxLead lead to us within two business days, so we can update our records.
- We investigate complaints, check the consent record and pause any source or buyer involved while we do.
8. Data security and records
- Leads are delivered only over encrypted connections (HTTPS / TLS) to the buyer's agreed endpoint.
- Access to lead data is limited to staff who need it.
- We keep consent records for at least five years, longer than the four-year period in which TCPA claims can usually be brought, and share them with the buyer on request.
9. Buyer checklist
- Company details, licences and compliance contact sent to IxxLead.
- Buyer agreement signed.
- National DNC registry account active; state, internal and litigator scrubs set up.
- Dialer set to state calling hours and call-frequency limits.
- Opt-out handling tested for calls, texts and email.
- Call scripts with company name, purpose and required disclosures approved.
- Consent details stored with every lead you buy.
