ixxlead.com follows applicable TCPA and DNC requirements as a lead provider. Buyers are solely responsible for compliance checks, including scrubbing data against federal and state do-not-call registries before contacting consumers.
The buyer is solely responsible for compliance with applicable federal and state laws, including TCPA, DNC, and CAN-SPAM requirements. Leads and data are prohibited from being called with automatic telephone dialing systems unless explicitly permitted under applicable law and documented consent.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of delivered digital services, returns and refunds are generally not provided. If both parties agree to a refund in writing, an administrative fee may apply.
Live Transfers
For live transfer services, customers are billed according to agreed operating hours, volume, and successful transfer events as defined in applicable service agreements.
